Quote and payment
At A&M Party Rentals, final payment must be made at least 10 days before your event. We won't deliver your order until the payment is completed. If you change your order within 48 hours of delivery, a $25 fee will be added each time. If any balance remains unpaid for over 30 days, you will be charged 1% interest per month on the outstanding amount.Please note that prices may change, and if your order specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, or the condition of returned items are altered, you may owe additional payments. If any government regulations increase costs, you will also incur extra charges. You agree that we can charge any credit or debit card provided for these changes.A&M Party Rentals reserves the right to increase prices for rentals and sales at our discretion.​A credit card on file and down payment are required to secure a date for your event.
Missing or damaged equipment
Items that are not returned within 3 days after the event will be considered lost. If items are missing or damaged, the replacement costs will be charged to the credit card we have on file. After payment is made, you will receive a detailed invoice for these items.
You agree to cover the costs for repairing or replacing any rented items that are damaged, lost, or stolen while in your care. You also accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to others, and you will protect and hold A&M Party Rentals harmless in such situations. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage or liability related to your or anyone else's personal belongings.
Site and delivery preparation
For a smooth delivery and set up, please ensure that the site is ready by mowing the lawn, moving furniture and vehicles, and cleaning up after pets. If the site is not prepared or accessible when our delivery crew arrives, you may face an additional fee, and your equipment might not be delivered.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to phone lines, cable lines, sprinkler systems, water lines, gas lines, electrical lines, septic systems, decks, patios, or grass. If there are any issues that could affect our ability to stake or anchor equipment, the client is responsible for any damages to underground utilities if they haven't been marked correctly or if we weren't notified.
A&M Party Rentals is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. Thank you for your understanding!
Cleanup and pickup preparation
Please ensure that all floral arrangements, trash, and decorations are removed from the rental equipment before the scheduled pickup time. If items need to be removed by our team, an additional fee will apply. Chairs and tables should be stacked in their designated location as they were delivered. All dishes, glassware, flatware, and catering items should be rinsed and returned to the proper racks or containers at the designated pickup location. Any catering items returned dirty (not rinsed) will incur a fee of $1.00 per item.
Linens should be free of food particles and shaken out before being placed in the soiled linen bags. Linens that are stained, burned, waxed, torn, damp, or otherwise unusable will be charged at replacement cost. Please make sure to inform your catering team about these terms and conditions. Inclement weather conditions
Tents are temporary structures built to withstand various weather conditions, but unsafe situations can arise, such as strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning. To ensure the safety of all guests, we strongly advise evacuating the tent in these circumstances or any other potentially hazardous conditions. Your safety is our top priority!
